NO EXCEPTIONS CANCELLATION If you need to cancel please do so 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. You may transfer your deposit within 30 days from your canceled appointment if you cancel before 48hrs prior to your appointment. You cannot apply your canceled appointment deposit into a serviced already booked it must be transferred to a new appointment If you cancel less than 48hrs before your appointment you FORFEIT your deposit, your card on file WILL BE CHARGED 25% of your total service and scheduling a new appointment will REQUIRE A NEW DEPOSIT. ***IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.. You have A 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be CANCELED AUTOMATICALLY and will result in a forfeit of your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CALL NO SHOWS A no call no show will result in your deposit being forfeited , your card on file WILL BE CHARGED 50% of your booked service, and you will be BANNED from any future booking with Divine Tips by Trin. NO EXCEPTIONS. SAFTEY MASKS ARE REQUIRED if you do not have a mask one will be provided to you. If you have been exposed to someone with COVID within 14 days prior to your desired date please DO NOT BOOK. (PLEASE BE MINDFUL AS I WORK OUT OF MY HOME) If you are sick please DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK by any means !! If you come to your appointment knowing you are sick you are subject to being banned from booking. If you have to cancel/reschedule do to being sick please contact me through the booking confirmation number. LOCATION We are located in Baltimore MD, Rosedale. You will receive the Exact address through text & email the day prior to your appt. (please make sure to provid accurate contact info. at the time of booking.) BOOKING *** NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED I DO NOT WORK OVER DAMAGED NAILS OR OTHER NAIL TECHS WORK. If I have not serviced you before please come with bare hands, or you can add a soak off to your appointment for an extra charge. PAYMENT Payment for your remaining balance can be paid by Cash, Cash App & Apple Pay, & Zelle Cash App: $divinetipsbytrin Apple Pay & Zelle : number will be given at time of booking NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS ! REMEMBER A $20 NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR SPOT!! FILL-INS Fills ins are REQUIRED to be made within 3 WEEKS from your previous service. Anything past 3 weeks will REQUIRE A FRESH SET. If you go past 3 weeks please be sure to have bare nails or book a soak off. If you are booking a fill-in you are allowed 2 FILL-INS before a new set is REQUIRED. If 3 OR MORE OF YOUR NAILS ARE MISSING you will be billed for a FULL SET SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS Squeeze In appointments are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please DM me to inquire. Squeeze In appointments - (appointments made outside of my availability) require an extra $25 added to your total cost and must be paid with the $20 deposit at time of booking.
